Poster Session Award Winners !!

Call for Posters

FMfI2014 will have a poster session for graduate students and postdocs. Poster presentations in any area of Mathematics (not necessarily related to the theme of the Forum directry) are invited. The poster submission must be a PDF file which includes the contact information (name, affiliation, phone number, and e-mail address). The submission deadline is Thursday, August 21, and the submission must be sent to the address: coe(at)math.kyushu-u.ac.jp.

IMPORTANT DATES:
  • Submission Deadline: August 21, 2014

  • Notification to Authors: September 1, 2014

  • Final Version: September 8, 2014

  • Workshop Date: October 27-31, 2014

 The authors of the accepted posters should be available for discussion during the poster session. Additionally, they are required to give a 2-minutes presentation (at most 3 slides) on their posters at the conference room. The accepted posters will be published in the volume of Extended Abstract of FMfI2014 (as a part of the MI Lecture Notes series) -a collection of the extended abstracts of the talks, which will be distributed at the Forum.

Excellent poser presentations will receive special awards with some supplementary prizes.
